Job Description

• Provide specialist legal advice on civil litigation matters, including claims and disputes.
• Prepare and manage legal documentation, including court forms and witness statements.
• Represent the organisation in court hearings and negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Monitor and respond to legislative changes impacting the organisation.
• Maintain accurate records and case files for reporting and auditing purposes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Civil Litigation NQ/Solicitor should have experience of dealing with civil litigation claims - ideally on a defendant basis. Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
