Newly qualified solicitor required to join an established practice in Lancashire as part of their litigation team.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of civil litigation matters including landlord and tenant matters, possession proceedings, debt and disputes.
• Work alongside senior team members and contribute to business development and marketing initiatives.
