About the Role

We are looking for an adaptable and self-driven Project Manager to join our growing team in the fire protection sector. This role is ideal for someone with experience (or a strong desire to develop) in fire safety systems - particularly sprinkler systems - and who thrives in a hands-on, dynamic project environment.

With a main base in the Netherlands and an additional office in Antwerp, you'll manage exciting logistics and warehouse projects valued between €200,000 and €4,000,000. Projects typically involve close collaboration with an internal design engineer and teams of 6-12 subcontractors on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute fire protection installation projects across the Netherlands and Belgium
• Coordinate with internal engineers for drawings and calculations
• Oversee subcontractors and installation crews on-site
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality
• Maintain budget control and manage project timelines
• Schedule regular site visits (typically 2-3 days per week of travel, 2-3 hours each way)
• Balance office presence (for team collaboration) with remote work flexibility

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Preferred: Experience with sprinkler systems, either from a competitor (e.g., Aqua Security, ESP Safety) or within the fire protection space
• Open to: Junior profiles with no direct experience but strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and structure your own time effectively
• Dutch and/or English fluency
• Valid driving license (essential due to travel requirements)
