Citrix Engineer - Hybrid - Outside IR35

• Demonstrate extensive experience working as an infrastructure engineer (or similar) with an emphasis on Citrix and virtual desktop technology
• Experience of deploying Citrix Cloud workloads in Azure for 100s/1000s users
• Experience with MCS multi session and single session environments
• Understanding of multi-language Citrix environments
• Excellent knowledge of Citrix policies
• Excellent knowledge of FSLogix, implementation and support
• Hands on experience of troubleshooting end user Citrix performance issues and errors
• Extensive experience working with multi-site and multi-forest Active Directory environments, group policy and DNS
• Extensive experience working with common Microsoft cloud technologies such as Azure, M365, Azure AD & Intune
• Extensive experience working with Windows desktop, including all levels of troubleshooting.
• History of experience with on-premises Citrix and other virtual desktop technologies
• Experience of working on M&A integration projects
• Application packaging and deployment.

• Demonstrate examples of similar successful positions in the past
• Be highly collaborative with the current team, management structure and business leaders
• Demonstrate a very high level of customer service and empathy to the customer issues
• Be an excellent all-round communicator through verbal and written communication.
