CIPD Lecturer (Level 3 & Level 5) In partnership with The Supply Register

Location: Newcastle College

Contract: Temporary

Hours: Part-Time Evening Classes

  • Monday: 5:00pm - 9:00pm (CIPD Level 3)
  • Tuesday: 5:00pm - 9:00pm (CIPD Level 5)
  • Wednesday: 5:00pm - 9:00pm (CIPD Level 5)

Start Date: September 2026

CIPD Lecturer

The Supply Register is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of Newcastle College for a CIPD Lecturer to deliver CIPD Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional, CIPD tutor or Further Education lecturer looking for flexible evening teaching alongside their current role.

You will deliver engaging, high-quality teaching to adult learners studying professional Human Resources qualifications, helping them develop the knowledge and skills needed to progress their careers.

The Role

As a CIPD Lecturer, you will:

  • Deliver engaging evening classes across CIPD Level 3 and Level 5
  • Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality learning sessions
  • Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback
  • Monitor learner progress and support achievement
  • Create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
  • Deliver teaching in line with Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) standards
We're Looking For
  • A relevant qualification in Human Resources, People Management, Learning & Development, or a related subject
  • Professional experience within Human Resources or Learning & Development
  • Experience delivering training, teaching or coaching adults
  • A teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DET or equivalent) is desirable
  • A CIPD qualification and/or experience delivering CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 programmes is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
