CIPD HR Advisor - Hybrid, Culture & Compliance Lead

Artemis Clarke Ltd is seeking a CIPD-qualified HR professional to work directly alongside our HR Director in a stable, 75-year manufacturing business.

You will provide guidance on employee relations, assist with recruitment, maintain HR policies, and support performance management and training across the organisation. Hours: 37.5 per week, 3 days in the office and 2 days remote after eight weeks.
