• Leverage Salesforce and Metasoly to manage customer interactions and data.
• Employ Site Manager for effective network management and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance network performance and reliability.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in network engineering.
• Proficiency with Metasoly and Ciena MCP.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Ciena 6500 systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Site Manager.
