Job Description
Job Description Are you ready to use your skills as an experienced Continuous Improvement Expert? You will be allocated to various projects dedicated to Stolt Tankers. If you want to bring CI to the next level, then OSE-listed Stolt-Nielsen might be the place for you. What You Will Be Doing You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of CI projects aimed at standardizing, improving, and redesigning processes across the organization. Your responsibilities will include training and coaching both employees and senior leadership, fostering a strong CI mindset while enhancing the adoption of CI methodologies. In this role, you will also act as a change professional, guiding and supporting the organization through its transformation initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in enabling the organization to achieve its continuous improvement and operational excellence goals. Key Responsibilities 
- Lead initiatives with the goal of optimizing the total value chain beyond Stolt boundaries, together with suppliers and customers
- Implement Strategic Management, including training and coaching of (senior) leaders.
- Implement Daily (Performance) Management in cross functional process teams and hierarchical teams and departments including training and coaching of the team.
- Implement commercial management on a strategic level and daily management including training & coaching of the employees and leaders
- Training (up to green belt level) & coaching of employees, team leaders, middle managers and senior leaders in all aspects of the CI methodology and CI leadership.
- Coaching of project participants.
- Provide (on request and proactive) feedback to employees and (senior) managers with regard to the execution of CI related activities, CI related behaviors and CI related leadership style.
- A bachelor's degree and an academic level of thinking and working.
- Green Belt in Lean Certification.
- A minimum of 5 years' working experience.
- Analytically strong and a fast thinker.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in complex environments and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Traveling to other offices (Houston, Singapore, and Manilla) might at times be necessary.
