Children's Support Worker

Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs? A specialist school in North Liverpool is seeking dedicated Children's Support Workers to join their team, supporting pupils aged 3-19 with:

• Autism (ASC)
• Complex Needs
• PMLD
• SEMH
• Learning Difficulties

You'll work as part of a supportive, skilled team to help pupils access learning, develop independence, and thrive in a nurturing environment. Every day is different, and your impact will be immediate and meaningful.

• Providing 1:1 and small group support
• Assisting with communication, sensory regulation, and emotional wellbeing
• Supporting personal care where required
• Helping create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
• Working closely with teachers, therapists, and wider school staff

• Experience in SEND, care, youth work, or a related field (school or non school settings welcome)
• A calm, resilient, and compassionate approach
• Ability to build trust and positive relationships
• An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (essential)
