Registered Children's Home Manager - Two Bed EBD Home

Location: Rock Ferry, Wirral

Salary: up to £70,000 per annum

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent / working towards)
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within children's residential care
• Strong understanding of Ofsted inspection frameworks and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to manage safeguarding, staffing, and operational standards
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, child-centred care
• Previous experience with Clear Care Solutions (preferred)
