Children's Home Deputy Manager Flexible Hours, Bonus

Purosearch Ltd in Slough is seeking a Children's Deputy Manager to lead a new EBD home. You will oversee daily care, supervise staff, and ensure safeguarding and regulatory compliance while delivering a stable, nurturing environment for young people.

The role offers a permanent, full-time contract with a salary up to £50,000 per annum, flexible hours, and a pension. Successful applicants will have Level 3 Health and Social Care and prior experience managing a children's home.
