We are looking for a Children Panel Accredited Solicitor in Manchester.

Our Care team supports parents and families through some of the toughest moments they may ever face. It's challenging, rewarding work that requires legal expertise, compassion, and confidence and that's exactly why we love what we do.

If you're experienced in public children cases, enjoy advocacy, and know how to balance excellent client care with fee earning targets, you could fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Run your own caseload of Care matters.
  • Draft legal documents and manage case work.
  • Handle Legal Aid applications and confidently navigate the CCMS portal.
  • Undertake your own advocacy.
  • Deliver outstanding client care with empathy and professionalism.
  • Work towards achievable fee earner targets while making a genuine impact.
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
  • Experience in Care Proceedings.
  • Advocacy and case management skills.
  • Understands Legal Aid Agency processes and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload without losing attention to detail.
  • Brings warmth, resilience, and professionalism to client relationships.
