The Role

You will:

• Manage their own caseload of childcare matters
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Provide expert legal advice on issues relating to childcare arrangements

While Children's Panel membership would be advantageous though not essential.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 3 years PQE
• Have experience managing your own caseload
• Possess strong advocacy skills
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity and a commitment to excellence
