Childcare Solicitor, 3-5 Years PQE, Bedford, £Competitive (DOE) - A new role has arisen for a Childcare Solicitor to join a busy team in Bedford. JOB REF: 4217.

• Manage own caseload of public and private children matters, handling cases from initial instruction through to conclusion with minimal supervision.
• Handle a varied childcare caseload including Care Proceedings, Interim Care Orders, Emergency Protection Orders, Special Guardianship Orders, and Adoption Matters.

• 3-5 Years PQE as a Childcare Solicitor.
• Strong advocacy skills.
• Children Panel Accreditation (essential).
• Significant experience across public and private children matters.
• Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well within a team environment.
