Childcare Lawyer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Childcare Lawyer with 1+years PQE to join our client's multi-accredited practice based close to Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire on a full time Hybrid basis. The firm offer an enhanced pension, a generous holiday allowance with the option to purchase more plus many other great benefits.The successful Lawyer will utilise their skills and expertise to advise public sectors and not for profit clients on a range of childcare matters.Responsibilities of the Childcare Lawyer:

• Care proceedings
• Adoption
• Legal Aid applications
• Applications for secure accommodation
• Public law outline matters (PLO)
• Issues relating to the protection of children and young people
• Attending court to conduct advocacy
• Revoking placement orders

The Childcare Lawyer Candidate:

• Solicitors with a minimum of 1 years + PQE
• Experience in childcare law is essential for this role
• Shows a strong work ethic
• Strong communication skills
• IT Proficient
• Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines

Benefits for the Childcare Lawyer Role:

• Salaries range depending on PQE for Lawyer £44,290 - £50,240 / Senior Lawyer £50,790 - £58,168.75 DOE
• 22% pension
