Kanvaz AI Labs is the technology arm of Kanvaz & Associates, an innovative boutique supply chain advisory firm operating across the DACH, UK/IRL and Benelux regions. We like to build cutting-edge B2B AI solutions to diagnose, benchmark, and optimize performance in supply chain domains, unlocking latent value through smart data extraction, ERP integrations, and applied AI.

We believe in building lean, practical tech products that drive real-world transformation and value delivery for mid-market and private equity-backed companies.

We are seeking a high profile, strategic and hands-on Co-Founder/Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with start-up mentality to lead the development of our AI platform and tech strategy. You will shape and execute the technical roadmap, build the engineering team, and drive product innovation with a deep understanding of enterprise IT landscapes (ERP, WMS, TMS, MES) and applied AI.

Technology Leadership

• Define and own the overall technical vision, architecture, and infrastructure of the Kanvaz AI platform.
• Make build vs. buy decisions; ensure scalable and secure infrastructure.
• Stay on top of AI/ML advancements relevant to B2B supply chain tech.

Product Development

• Lead the development of our proprietary AI crawler that connects to ERP and other enterprise systems.
• Translate functional supply chain diagnostics into AI-powered tools and benchmarks.
• Prioritize MVP features, usability, data security, and speed of deployment.

Team Building & Leadership

• Recruit and manage a team of developers, data scientists, and engineers.
• Foster a culture of excellence, speed, and experimentation.
• Collaborate with consulting and advisory teams to ensure product-market fit.

Strategic Growth

• Partner with the founders to attract funding, structure IP, and develop commercialisation models.
• Engage with clients, partners, and investors to communicate our tech vision.
• Ensure full alignment between tech capabilities and Kanvaz's advisory ambitions.

• Proven experience as CTO, Head of Engineering, or Lead Architect in a tech startup or AI/ML environment.
• Strong foundation in software engineering, cloud architecture (e.g., Azure, AWS), and enterprise integrations (APIs, middleware, data pipelines).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft), preferably in supply chain or manufacturing context.
• Track record of building and scaling SaaS or AI products, ideally in B2B or industrial domains.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, able to balance hands-on development with high-level strategy.
• Strong communication skills, fluency in English; Dutch or German is a plus.
