Chief RI & Consultancy Lead for Children's Homes

Delphi Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Head of Responsible Individual & Consultancy Services to oversee RI duties across a portfolio of Ofsted-registered children's homes while leading the consultancy division.

This national, home-based leadership role offers strategic influence, governance oversight and the opportunity to drive regulatory excellence and quality outcomes for children and young people, while mentoring senior leaders and collaborating with Ofsted and providers.
