Chief People Officer (CPO)

Proven experience as a Chief of People or similar senior HR role

In-depth knowledge of HR functions and best practices

Strong understanding of labor legislation and employment laws in Ireland

Excellent leadership and people management skills

Ability to strategize and implement HR initiatives aligned with company goals

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Degree in Human Resources or related field

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations

Ensure compliance with all labor regulations and laws in Ireland

Lead and manage a team of HR professionals

Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives

Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR plans and solutions

Monitor HR metrics and propose improvements

Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions

Champion a positive work culture and employee experience
