About you:

• Proven experience in operations, programme or general management, preferably within a high-growth scale-up tech environment
• Strong strategic thinker with excellent organisational skills and commercial judgement
• Capable of managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and external service providers
• Calm, resilient, and able to thrive under pressure
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Based in Dublin with the ability to work primarily from the city-centre office

What you'll do:

• Establish and lead the management cadence: meetings, scorecards, decision logs, and action tracking
• Oversee HR processes through an external partner, including onboarding and policy compliance
• Drive recruitment end-to-end, ensuring hiring plans are met with quality candidates
• Manage company governance, legal projects, and investor relations in coordination with external counsel
• Partner with finance on budgets, procurement, and operational planning
• Coordinate office facilities, events, and vendor relationships to support company growth
• Maintain an integrated plan for data centre projects, funding rounds, and certifications, identifying and escalating risks early
