Chief of Staff: AI-Driven Cross-Functional Orchestrator

Hozah in London is seeking a Chief of Staff to multiply the CEO's impact across every department. You'll own cross-functional initiatives, remove blockers, and drive decisions to measurable results with urgency.

You'll create AI-enabled workflows, build leadership rhythm (board packs, SLT agenda, KPIs/OKRs) and manage sensitive information with discretion. Hybrid work: three days in East Croydon office, two from home.
