Job DescriptionManagement of the Global Administration function - responsible for offices, facilities, and services - across the organisation (currently 8 offices);
The efficient and professional operation of the London headquarters, overseeing a facilities manager to ensure high standards and disciplined execution (and replicating that work globally);
Working with HR and Corporate Operations on London team engagement and management, individually and collectively.
The role requires someone with excellent corporate intelligence, who is a systems thinker and process builder as well as problem solver.
The Successful Applicant- Proven Leadership: Experience in a senior management, operations, or strategic consulting role.
- Executive Exposure: Extensive experience working directly with C suite executives, boards of directors, and external stakeholders.
- Project Delivery: Track record of successfully leading complex, cross functional projects from inception to completion.
- Change Management: Experience driving organisational change, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
