We're looking for self-starters with ambition, energy, and a "can do" attitude who are passionate about helping our clients-typically business owners, entrepreneurs, CEOs or MDs. You'll thrive on the challenge and autonomy of growing your own portfolio of clients with support from a network of CFOs globally.

Responsibilities

• Provide CFO services to mid-market, private businesses (£2-50M turnover).
• Help business owners with strategy, financial leadership, and long-term value creation.
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients with autonomy and accountability.
• Collaborate with regional directors and a team of CFOs/FDs in a collegiate environment.
• Demonstrate commercial finance expertise and a track record of success.

What do you need to have?

• Qualified from one of the UK's major chartered accounting institutes.
• Experience as a real-life CFO/FD (multiple tenures acceptable) with strong commercial finance and business strategy skills.
• Proven ability to build genuine, long-lasting client relationships.
• Comfort with a blended role-part CFO, part advisor, part strategist, part partner.
• Ability to work closely with Regional Director and fellow CFOs/FDs in a collaborative environment.
