Location: Brighton & Worthing (with occasional national travel)

Contract Type: full-time (Full time, permanent)

Reports To: Chair and Board of Trustees

AudioActive is seeking a Chief Executive to provide clarity, stability and confidence as we shape the organisation's next chapter.

The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with strong operational discipline, inspire and support our team, strengthen external relationships, and ensure young people remain at the heart of decision making.

We are looking for a leader who is brave, compassionate and grounded, someone who can hold both vision and detail with equal confidence, and lead with clarity and integrity.
