We're looking for a hands on and personable Chef Manager!

You'll lead from the front, overseeing both the kitchen and overall operation, ensuring high standards of food, service, and client satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for a chef who wants to step further into the commercial side of the business while still being actively involved in the day to day running of the kitchen.

What you'll be doing as Chef Manager:

• Delivering high quality food and service standards consistently
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Managing costs, GP, and ensuring financial targets are met
• Controlling stock, purchasing, and minimising food waste
• Driving retail and hospitality performance to increase revenue
• Leading, motivating, and developing your team
• Ensuring all health, safety, and food safety standards are met
• Analysing performance and implementing improvement plans
• Acting as a brand ambassador and promoting the site

What you'll need to succeed as Chef Manager:

• Experience as a Chef Manager, Head Chef, or a strong Sous Chef ready to step up
• A hands on, positive, and team focused leadership style
• Strong financial and commercial awareness
• Ability to manage and develop a team in a supportive environment
• Excellent communication and client facing skills
• Good understanding of health, safety, and food safety compliance
• Organised and proactive approach to managing operations
• Ideally experience within contract catering (preferred but not essential)
