Chef Manager - Middlesex Manor Care Home, 119 Harrow Road, Middlesex, Wembley, HA9 6DQ.

Salary: £30,243 - £33,232 per annum, depending on experience, plus £3,000 annual bonus .
Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week (06:30 - 17:00, may be adjusted to suit the needs of the home).
Welcome bonus: £1,000 .
Key Responsibilities- Use your passion for cooking and experience in a fresh food kitchen to create a varied and nutritional menu in line with residents' dietary needs and preferences.
- Lead, train and mentor the kitchen team to deliver an excellent dining experience.
- Innovate cooking approaches while maintaining high standards.
- Manage all mandatory paperwork: adherence to COSHH and HACCP guidelines, company policies and procedures, budget monitoring, order and delivery management.
- Cater for special events or seasonal activities such as summer fetes, Christmas parties and birthdays (as required).
- Passion for cooking with previous experience working in a fresh food kitchen.
- Relevant hygiene certificates.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Your welcome bonus will be paid in the next available pay run after completing four weeks' service and will be subject to deductions for tax and NI.
You will also be eligible for a quarterly performance based bonus. Chef Managers achieving six key performance indicators (KPIs) receive a quarterly incentive of £500, after usual tax and NI deductions.
This role is not at or above RQF Level3 and is not included under the UK's Points Based Immigration System for sponsorship by an employer.
