• Provide professional and friendly service to our international guests
• Build rapport with guests and address special requests
• Give expert advice on food and beverages at the highest level
• Ensure all food and beverage items meet quality standards
• Set and maintain elegant table settings
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and management staff
• Take responsibility for the preparation, cleanliness, and follow-up of service areas
• Ensure smooth operations within the team
• Actively contribute to creating an unforgettable guest experience

• Completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry (Swiss EFZ or equivalent)

• Erfahrung in der Luxushotellerie oder in einem hochwertigen/premium Restaurant

• Fliessende Englischkenntnisse auf professionellem Niveau; jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil

• Ausgezeichnete Fachkenntnisse und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung

• Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und selbstsicheres Auftreten

• Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit - auch in hektischen Situationen

• Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsarbeit
