Job Description

Highland Hotel & Restaurant in Glencoe is seeking a skilled Chef De Partie to join a celebrated kitchen brigade. You will own your section and craft quality Scottish dishes using local produce in a venue renowned for its mountain setting.

The role pays £34,000 per year, plus tips circa £4,000, with live-in accommodation available. Shifts cover weekdays and weekends in a busy, remote Highlands operation.
