The Role

The successful Chef de Partie will play a key role in delivering fresh, high-quality dishes and maintaining the excellent standards that guests have come to expect.

Working alongside an experienced kitchen team, the successful candidate will be responsible for running their own section, supporting service during busy periods, and contributing to a positive kitchen culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking fresh dishes to a consistently high standard
• Managing a designated section during service
• Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
• Maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Assisting with stock management and kitchen organisation
• Ensuring smooth and efficient service during peak trading periods

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience in a similar role
• Be passionate about producing quality food using fresh ingredients
• Thrive in a busy kitchen environment
• Be reliable, hardworking, and a team player
• Take pride in maintaining high standards

A driver with their own transport would be advantageous, providing greater flexibility on days off and easier access to the surrounding area.
