Chef de Partie

GIG is hiring for our clients across Scotland with other flexible opportunities across Scotland.

• From £13.50 - £16.50 per hour
• Passionate about cooking, and the exciting environment of the kitchen!
• Good communication skills
• Must have own Chef whites, knives, and safety shoes.
• Food Hygiene lv2 certificate, Allergen certification and lv1 Health and Safety
• Minimum experience of 2 years as a Sous Chef
• Chef certification

You are applying for a general Chef role, that may lead to a full time/ permanent hire at our luxury client site. This will give you access to the GIG App and the freedom to apply for the roles that work for you.

Requirements

As part of our GIG Chef Team, you will be working for some of the most highly regarded Hotels and Restaurants across Scotland. GIG Chefs will need a minimum experience of 1 year as a Chef and will need to be: passionate about cooking, and the exciting environment of the kitchen!
