About the Role

As Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional food quality and standards. You'll work closely with our Head Chef, support junior team members and contribute to the smooth running of daily service.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Managing your designated section with confidence and precision.
• Supervising and supporting junior chefs, offering guidance and on-the-job training.
• Maintaining excellent cleanliness and organisation within your section.
• Ensuring all dishes are cooked to order and delivered on time.
• Contributing creative ideas to menu planning and development.
• Managing stock levels and ordering.
• Communicating effectively with the wider kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
• Upholding strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Operating and caring for kitchen equipment, reporting any issues promptly.

• Report maintenance issues, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Complete required safety training and certifications.

We are pleased to offer flexible contract options of either 32 or 40 hours per week, worked over 4-5 days.
