Chef de Partie

Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Chef de Partie for one of our well-established clients in Co. Cork.

This role is an ongoing contract with potential for temp to perm for the right candidate.

Your main responsibilities in this role will be running a specific station, preparing, cooking, and plating dishes to standard.

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie.
• A strong passion for developing your skills while working with high-quality ingredients and produce.
• Proven ability to perform efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
• Capable of managing your own section and supporting Sous Chefs during daily service.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts.
• HACCP trained with a solid understanding of food safety standards, policies, and regulations.
