The Perks Of The Role
  • Top pay salary package of up to £47,000 per annum
  • £42,000 per year plus service charge - estimated £3,500 £5,000 per annum
  • Weekly pay of both salary and service charge
  • Consistent schedule - full time contract with 45 hour weeks and 2 days off

The Ideal Candidate
  • A minimum of one year's experience in high end or fine dining restaurants
  • Have worked in a fresh food restaurant, ideally Italian cuisine
  • Thrive in a fast paced kitchen and have an eye for detail
  • A passion for Italian cuisine and guest satisfaction
  • Strong communication skills and a polished approach
  • Can do attitude and team player mentality
  • Flexibility and the ability to work split shifts, evenings and weekends as required
  • Be driven to learn, gain new skills and progress
