Before You Apply

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef in a professional kitchen is required.
• Experience working in a care home or similar environment is preferred.
• This role is not suitable for candidates without experience working in a structured kitchen environment.
• Salary: From £27,300 per year
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift pattern: Mixture of early and late shifts, including weekends
• Contract: Full-time, permanent

What You'll Need

What You'll Do

• Prepare and deliver meals to a consistent standard within your section
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef during service
• Maintain food hygiene, safety, and kitchen compliance
• Follow menus while adapting for dietary and nutritional requirements
• Keep your section organised, clean, and well managed
• Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
