Job Description
Salary: £29,470 per annum + overtime + tronc
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday, the monthly rota includes a fair share of weekends. We're committed to supporting a healthy work-life balance and are happy to discuss scheduling, though there is an expectation to cover key peak shifts.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our vibrant team at Botanica Restaurant. As a Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for running sections of the kitchen, working closely with the sous chefs and delivering consistently high-quality dishes. You'll ensure your section is well organised, prepared, and maintained to the highest standard, supporting the wider team to provide an excellent food experience for every customer.

What we're looking for
You have a passion for food, creativity, and working with fresh, seasonal produce.
Experience working in a busy kitchen environment as a Chef de Partie or an equivalent role.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
A team player with a flexible, hands-on approach.
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
