About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, reliable Senior Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen team. This full time, temporary to permanent position offers a direct route to a stable permanent role for the right candidate, with a guaranteed 48 hour week. Weekend work is essential and flexibility is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Section Management: Take full ownership of your assigned kitchen section, ensuring high quality dishes are produced efficiently during busy service periods.
• Food Preparation: Manage daily prep levels to ensure the section is fully stocked and ready for high volume lunch and dinner rushes.
• Health & Safety: Maintain strict food hygiene standards, including correct stock rotation, labeling, and clear allergen management.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and wider kitchen team to maintain low ticket times and high food quality.
