We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie or Sous Chef to join a small kitchen team at a busy seafood restaurant in Portree. The role involves preparing fresh seafood and other restaurant dishes across different kitchen sections.

Location: Portree, Isle of Skye, United Kingdom

What We Offer

• Salary: £16 per hour plus tips
• Seasonal contract, with possibility of permanent full-time employment
• Approx. 45+ hours per week, 5-6 days per week
• Shared accommodation in a house with two other employees (cost £70 per week, no additional utility bills)

Requirements

• Previous professional experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or similar kitchen position
• Experience working across different kitchen sections
• Seafood preparation experience is advantageous
