About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen team within a well established gastro pub in Essex - Canvey Island. This is a great opportunity for a chef who is eager to learn, develop their skills, and work with high quality, fresh ingredients under the guidance of an experienced, Rosette accredited Head Chef.

You will be responsible for running your section, maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation, and supporting the wider kitchen team in delivering a consistent and enjoyable dining experience.

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
• Passion for fresh food and high quality ingredients
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• 2+ years' experience as a Chef is preferred
• A chef who's eager to grow, develop, and lead a team
• A team player with a no ego attitude and a passion for quality food
• Someone who truly loves fresh, clean, seasonal produce
