Chef de Partie - Dynamic High-Volume Kitchen & Live Stations

Restaurant Associates is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join a large-scale contract catering operation serving staff dining, hospitality, coffee bars and events across Borough Market.

You'll run your own section in a high-volume kitchen, prepare breakfasts and lunches, support live cooking stations and rotating pop-ups, and help deliver quality, consistency and speed while upholding food safety standards.
