Chef Apprentice: Master Your Craft in a Busy Kitchen

Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is offering an apprentice Chef role at the Stone House, St Brides, Newport. You will train in our busy kitchen, learning our recipes and standards under supportive chefs, in a full-time position.

The scheme includes a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship, a blend of face-to-face and remote training, reviews every 12 weeks, and progression towards a degree if desired. A 33% staff discount and other benefits are part of the package.
