Requirements:

• HACCP certification or relevant cookery qualification
• Previous experience in a similar catering/chef role
• Right to work in Ireland (EU passport or Stamp 1G, 2, 4, 4D, 5, 4 EUFam)
• International Police Clearance (if applicable)
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals to meet nutritional and dietary requirements
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety at all times
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and equipment care
• Assist with stock control and supply ordering
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a positive dining experience
