We're looking for a Chef to support our Kitchem Team in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. The menu is straightforward but produced to the highest standard, using quality ingredients and efficient systems. No two days are the same and you will be faced with different, exciting challenges to help you develop your culinary skills.
- Daytime hours - no evenings!
- Full-time permanent role (40 hours per a week)

Hours: 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Prep various ingredients such as meats and vegetables
- Clean the kitchen space after cooking each meal and ensuring the prep area and kitchen is cleaned and sanitised at the end of your shift
- Complete customer orders in a timely manner
- Rotate stock items as per established
- Make sure food items are stored at appropriate temperatures
- Preparing, cooking, and plating dishes, especially during busy periods
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Experience working with fresh ingredients
- Calm under pressure and good time management skills
- Reliable, hands-on, and committed to creating great food and service
- Good communication and teamwork is a necessity
