About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and confident Chef to join our catering team at HMS Raleigh. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals for 50-80 personnel, working within a small and supportive team of 5.

This role requires someone who is capable of working independently when required, while maintaining high food safety and service standards in a military catering environment.

Working Pattern

Thursday: 11:00 - 19:30Friday: 11:00 - 19:30Saturday & Sunday: 06:30 - 18:30

(40 hours per week)

Meal Service Times

Weekday Lunch (Thurs & Fri): 12:00 - 13:00Weekday Evening Meal: 18:30 - 19:30

Weekend Lunch: 12:00 - 13:00Weekend Evening Meal: 17:00 - 18:00

What We're Looking For

? Previous experience in a similar chef or catering role - essential Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety ? Ability to work independently and manage your own section Team player with a reliable and flexible attitude
