Chef-2 Days/16 Hours per Week

Hourly Fixed salary: € 17.50

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Chef for a Healthcare unit in Kilrush working 2 x 8.5 Hr shifts, 8:30am-5pm, 16 Hours per week.

Please note that Garda Vetting is a requirement for employment.

Responsibilities

• To prepare and cook food to the highest standard.
• To supervise and direct kitchen and service staff as required.
• To work and order products within agreed budgets as set out by the company.
• To follow menu cycles on a monthly basis.
• To operate the HACCP and Health and Safety procedures in line with legal requirements.

Requirements

• Must have own transport.
• Healthcare experience, while desirable, is not essential.
