What We're Looking For:

• Experience at any chef level (Chef de Partie, Sous, Head Chef or similar)
• Food Hygiene Level 2 (within the last 3 years)
• Own chef whites and knives
• Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Reliable, organised, and able to meet service times
• Positive attitude and strong team ethic
• Passion for delivering quality food

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking fresh, balanced meals for students
• Receiving deliveries and managing stock correctly
• Keeping the kitchen clean, safe, and well-organised
• Following food safety and school compliance standards
• Working efficiently to ensure service runs smoothly
