Lexington Client Support Team (Chef Relief Work)

Casual Contracts Available

Casual - Minimum commitment of 24 hours, up to 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days.

Casual Salary - Starting from £14.14 to £18.81, including 12.07% holiday pay, based on skills and experience.

We are seeking Chefs from CDP level onwards to join our relief team, supporting Lexington sites across central London with dedicated kitchen team members.

Job Description

1. Ensure the entire area of responsibility is clean, well-presented, and stocked at all times.
2. Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of menu and special offers to provide relevant information to customers and clients.
3. Operate relevant equipment smoothly and report any maintenance issues following procedures.
4. Handle customer complaints professionally, adhering to procedures.
5. Comply with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting incidents as required.
6. Perform ad-hoc duties to support the catering team and services.

Skills and Experience

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Catering experience (desirable but not essential)
