Salary: 34.5 hours per week (£ 26,174.46 - £ 27,681.42); 38 hours per week (£ 28,829.84 - £ 30,489.68)

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate chef to join our catering team.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Create a warm and welcoming dining experience for residents.
• Engage with residents and care colleagues.
• Ensure appetising and nutritious menus.
• Understand nutrition.
• Have a genuine interest in residents' wellbeing.
• Understand and apply HACCP.
• Develop menus.
• Manage the kitchen in the Catering Manager's absence.
• Work within budget and manage stock control.
• Hold NVQ/SVQ or equivalent, or be willing to undertake this training.
