Chartered Structural Engineer

St Helens

I am looking for an experienced Chartered Structural Engineer to join a successful consultancy based in St Helens.

Ideally the candidate would have a minimum of 5 years' UK experience of Structural design within residential and commercial buildings.

You must be self motivated, driven by a challenge whilst continually developing new skills and sharing experience with the team.

Essential Experience required for this Chartered Structural Engineer role

Minimum five years' experience within Structural design including steelwork, reinforced concrete and masonry construction to Euro Code standard
Proficient use of AutoCAD, Masterseries and TEDDS design software
Producing detailed structural calculations and sketches
Preparation of construction drawings and specifications
Commercial awareness of costing, budgets and quotations
Report writing
