The apprentice will receive a diverse workload with projects ranging from £100k-£50m. A cost manager will support them on their day-to-day duties as well as monitor their development.

The role will include:

• Reviewing and updating of templates
• Recording actions and minutes
• Assisting in measurement
• Assisting in cost estimates and cost planning
• Assisting with tender documentation
• Collation of contract documentation
• Attending site meetings
• Collation of benchmark data
• Assisting in valuations

• The apprentice will study towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor (degree) (level 6), by taking one day per week as a study day.
• Apprentices will complete an RICS-accredited BSc/BSc(Honours) or Post Graduate Diploma/MSc, linked to this apprenticeship, depending on prior qualifications.
