The Role:

The Charity ShopManager will oversee all aspects of store operations, driving commercial performance and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands on management, ensuring that retail performance aligns with the organisation's wider goals.

Part time hours available: 4 days a week

Key Responsibilities of the Charity ShopManager:

• Lead the retail team to achieve financial targets and key performance indicators.
• Ensure the store delivers an exceptional customer experience through effective merchandising and presentation.
• Manage stock levels, cash handling, and operational compliance to company standards.
• Recruit, train, and motivate staff and volunteers to perform at their best and uphold organisational values.
