The RoleThe Charity Shop Manager will oversee all aspects of store operations, driving commercial performance and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities of the Charity Shop Manager- Lead the retail team to achieve financial targets and key performance indicators.
- Ensure the store delivers an exceptional customer experience through effective merchandising and presentation.
